New Makeover Project In the Works

So, it's only so long I can go without working on another project.  After I finished the deck, I knew that my next projects would lie within the confines of my home.  "Problem" is that those type of project (for me) often take time.  I didn't want to string you along until I had gotten started.

Confession:  I have a lot of "stuff" in my home.  Not in every corner, not that you can always see, but too much to ignore.

Goal:  To declutter my home during the summer of 2014.  Seriously.

Current Project:  My home office.

The best way to let you in on this is to show you a couple of my videos and let them tell the story.

So, you see what stage I'm in.  I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.  Thank goodness!

Next Steps:
  • remove wallpaper
  • paint
  • install closet system
  • decorate
I still have a ways to go, but it feels good to be this far.  Wish me luck!

  1. I truly get where you are coming from, Libby. It just usually works out that you have to make a bigger mess than what you started with before things start coming together. I am probably OCD about organizing, but I can make some of the biggest messes you've ever seen just to tackle some issue that wasn't working right for me. ! I think you are making tremendous progress and will end up with a room that works very well for you.

  2. Keep up the good work Libby. It's all going to look fabulous and be so worth it when you are finished! Loving those colors that you have together in the top picture. :)
