  3. Woohoo! Congrats on completing another week! You are doing a wonderful job! Plants and trees are blooming here where I live and I sure dread the pollen. Here comes the stuffy nose, head and sneezing! :)

  5. good job Libby! definitely keep getting the running shoes a size bigger, it helps with swelling on longer runs. About the pain you initially felt, I have to wear jumper knee straps, and it helps tremendously with the pain in both knees (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000F5R4RW/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1).
