It was a bit of a teary journey, but a much-needed one.  First day in this gear since October 2012.
Happy memories.

  2. I so understand, Libby! My Aunt was hit and killed by a car while walking her dog in December. For me, grieving and processing her death has gotten connected with my running. I've had a hard time going running and most every time I do, I end up crying. Good for you to get back out there. I will think of you next time I head out again. Take care sweetie!

  3. Your dad and running will be linked forever. That means you're going to miss him even more when you're exercising but also that you're going to be thinking about him at those times. Enjoy your time "together" and run happily. :-)

  8. You know your Dad would want you to continue with the running being it was a goal of yours. I've been thinking of you a lot lately because of the date that is coming up for you and the one that passed this month for me. Our Dad's are watching over us every moment of the day and they are smiling at us.

    Hugs dear friend!
