  1. Congratulations for getting started again! It is a great idea to document it this way. I bet it pushes you more. I too am afraid of dogs. As a little girl I was chased by a German Shepard while riding my bicycle. That memory has not faded! Keep up the good work!

  2. Yay! One week down. Well done! I ran this morning by the lake near our house. That way I didn't need to be near traffic, which I think currently scares me as much as you are scared of dogs. Keep it up! :-)

  4. Good for you girl! I got a little teary eyed when you mentioned getting teary eyed, but your smiles brought smiles, too. I fell off with my walking this winter, but I've been trying to get back on track too. Jogging is beyond my abilities!

  5. Hi Libby!

Congratulations on completing week one! What a great idea to record your progress on video! I started C25K 3 times, having to quit after injuring my back, but praise the Lord, I finally completed the program on my 3rd try! I cried like a baby when the app told me 'Congratulations, you are a runner"! I could not believe the person that could not run for 30 seconds without becoming out of breath and feeling like I was about to pass out had actually finished a 5k and didn't walk one time! I ran in a charity race last summer in my skirt, I got a lot of stares and weird looks but that's ok! :) We skirt-wearing girls can run too!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Bloggy comments make me smile and responding via email makes me smile even more. Due to spam concerns, posting anonymously has been removed as an option.

If you would like for me to respond to your comment(s), you must not have a no-reply blogger status. To fix that, simply add an email address in your profile and voila, I'll be able to write you back. :-)
