Last Friday I had the pleasure of attending my cousin's wedding.  It was truly a beautiful occasion.  The church was gorgeous.  Just imagine the stained glass windows, arched ceiling, wooden pews, and pipe organ.  That doesn't even include the lovely wedding party.  I was just honored to be a witness to this affirmation of love before God.

After the church ceremony, the celebration continued on at the reception.  The reception was held at a converted tobacco mill, so brick walls, high ceilings yielded an amazing industrial loft setting.  Lots of space to mingle upstairs while enjoying crudités and other appetizers.

Downstairs was the setting for the sitdown dinner.  The menu?  "A Taste of North Carolina."  Like I said, it was a beautiful affair.

I wish Nina and Patrick all the best as they begin their new life as husband and wife.

  1. Looks like it was a wonderful wedding. It sounds so neat that the reception was at an old renovated tobacco mill. Too awesome! And that menu… Yummy!!!

  3. I love the look and feel of the old converted mill! We have tons of old mill buildings in my area. I love seeing them renovated into cool housing or restaurants. The bride's dresses are so stunning!
