Craft Room Makeover (Part 4) {Video}

Yesterday I decided to work in my craft space just for a little while.  I tend to clean around the perimeter first, then tackle what's left in the pile in the middle of the floor.  A bad habit I have is cramming all the leftover stuff in a bag when I don't know where to put it.  It's a really bad habit.  Especially if guests come over, then I might have to hide that bag(s) anywhere.  I'm definitely a work in progress (WIP).

With that being said, I worked on the black wall yesterday.  Even though no wall is totally complete, I have managed to clean and set up some system along the perimeter of my entire craft room.  Now, I have to tackle the pile of stuff in the middle of the floor and possible rearrange my closet.  Again.  And figure out what I want to store in the pretty pink, green, and black bins.  Suggestions are welcome.

Happy Crafting,

  1. The wall is so organized Libby! Now the challenge will be to keep it that way. :)

    1. You are so right. I think when I find a place for everything, it will be easy. The biggest challenge right now will be to tackle what's in the center of that floor. Then although the closet had an order, some things have fallen in there and I've got to make better use of my space. I watched a Youtube video on organizing a small closet so it's got me thinking of how to do that with mine.

  2. I love the trays that you use to store your yarn on. Your room is lovely. It must be so nice to have a room designated for crafts.

  3. You are making good progress on the room. I wish I really could speed myself up to work! Wouldn't that be great?
