The Gathigi Ngwaro Family {Photo Session}

What a way to spend the last day of the year - photographing a wonderful family at the lake!  I was so thrilled when one of my high school classmates contacted me for a photo session.  It had been probably 15+ years since I had seen her face-to-face and I was so happy to finally meet the rest of her family.

I had such a fun time on this shoot and I hope I have this opportunity many more times with other families.  Capturing those special moments has become such an important part of why I love photography so much.

I may be linked up to the following parties:

  1. Beautiful job Libby! You really have an eye for capturing the right moments!!! My favorite is the first one. I have seen children photographed from the back, but never an entire family. Very unique!

  2. Very nice job Libby! I love the one with the family on the bridge also. So different but awesome! And that little man is just the cutest. :)

  3. What great photos. Ditto on the bridge shot!

  4. Awesome set! I really enjoyed the b&w's and I'm sure that they will too.
