Spaghetti Aglio

is what I had for dinner tonight.  Something super light and delicious.  And where did I find this recipe?  Pinterest, of course!




The only addition I think this dish needs is a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.  Unfortunately, that would require that I go to the grocery store and so I topped it with some shredded mozzarella cheese.

  4. I once made it but used onion instead of garlic. After eating it I remembered (my body reminded me) I cannot eat onion. Ew. I should try garlic next time. And cheese. When there is no parmesan in the fridge I use Spanish Manchego or Dutch Gouda. They aren't Italian but melt and go very well with pasta.

  6. I haven't eaten meat or cheese in about three years. But your photos of your recipes look so delicious!! I'm going to have to find some substitutes to make these. You dine like a queen!
