Garlic and Herb Shrimp Pasta

It's about time that I posted something I've cooked.  It feels like ages since I've used my kitchen for the purpose it was intended.  I had to break back into the cooking mode gently.  So, I decided to fix this really quick and easy pasta dish so that I would have something for lunch, now that I've discovered that there IS a microwave in the school cafeteria after all.

So  here's a really quick and easy pasta dish.  Let me repeat, really quick and easy.

Garlic and Herb Shrimp Pasta

linguini pasta (cooked and drained)
frozen stir fry vegetables
baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
baby spinach
1 container of Kraft Philadelphia Savory Garlic Cooking Creme

Cook and drain the pasta.  Meanwhile, in a large, nonstick pan, sauté the stir fry vegetables, add the mushrooms and cook until almost done.  Then add the spinach.  As it begins to wilt, add the shrimp, the pasta, and the cooking creme.  Cook until heated through and spinach and shrimp are done.  If desired, season with crushed black pepper to taste.

Like I said, really quick and easy!
