Walk Away the Pounds: 1 Mile Victory!

My mother and I walked 1 mile today using Leslie Sansone's "Walk Away the Pounds" dvd.  I've walked a mile plenty of times before, but this dvd causes you to use more than just your legs.  Plus, it was fun doing this with my mom and I'm glad to finally have something to log into my online FitDay account.

p.s.  Now I can get back to my *man apron*.

  1. It feels good to challenge yourself, doesn't it? I'm lifting weights (pounding iron, lol!) and it feels nice to do something great for your health!
