Over the holidays I made a quick trip to an Indian store while out of town and picked up some red lentils. I should have gotten some more curry and turmeric because I do know that all curry isn't equal and my turmeric was new but I wasn't sure if it was a good one. I ended up using the curry I have which is a Jamaican curry.
