and Three to Go....

I finished making the scarf tonight while watching the movie Honey which was on t.v. I hope he likes it. :-)

Here's the scarf again with the Guatemalan beanie.

And now, three more to go: the rose and two lapghans.

  1. You're doing a great job, my friend! Keep it up!

  2. What a gorgeous color of blue. I really like it. :)

It sounds like your party is going to be a lot of fun at school. I really think the parents are really pitching in because you are an awesome teacher. It really makes a difference when the parents know their kids teacher is so GREAT! Too bad I'm so far away. I would pop in to see the fun. :)

Tell the kids great job on all their creations. The claymation is way cool. Very nice job. And the girls bring things to crochet with is also way cool! What great kids. :)

    Have a great day Libby!

  3. very nice!
you are so close to the end, you're awesome!

  4. Oh Libby! that is going to be one Rocking- ahem, Disco-ing party! lol! It's so cool that you are passing on the crochet bug to your students... wish there were more teachers like you, preferably some of them around here!

Have fun, let us know how everything went!

  5. I love the look of that blue yarn, what brand of yarn is that.

    Those clayamation are fantastic.

  6. Thanks everyone. This afternoon/evening, Andry and I decorated the room and so the kids will see it when they come on Monday.

The yarn I used is Caron Simply Soft. The color is "Berry Blue". I purchased that 7 oz. skein and all of the beanies I've made that used that color have been made from that one skein! (Um, I think I have some returns to make.)
