Greys and Black

Tonight, I finally got around to watching part II of the season finale of Grey's Anatomy. I did that while finishing up Michael's black beanie. This beanie was the same pattern as the one for McLean, but while constructing this hat, I realized that I had misinterpreted where to stitch the fpdc when I was working on McLean's. By correcting the error, I realize that I can see the ribbing better in the crown on Michael's beanie.

For those of you who watch Grey's, wasn't the last episode a tear jerker? I literally could not crochet during the last few moments of the show. My crochet hook nearly fell to the floor and my eyes were all teary. I love that show!

On to Michael's hat:

I love this yarn - Caron Simply Soft Eco.

I thought I had 5 more to go before this beanie, but I forgot that I got a new student and so now I have 5 more beanies to go. Time to work on a girl beanie again....

  1. lucky kids!
I don't watch Grey's Anatomy, but have felt like that watching movies before.

  2. I don't wacht it either but I usually crochet while watching Korean dramas. They're English-subbed and I spend more time reading and looking for words I don't understand in my dictionary than crocheting ;-D

  3. Hey! those are some cool hats!!!!

  4. yes! I did NOT see that coming with George!! So sad! =(
