I still haven't found the right beenie pattern, but in the meantime, I'm shortening the pattern for the toboggan I made. That should create a simple beenie cap. The toboggan is 10" from the center to the edge when laid flat, so I'm projecting that a beenie cap would be about 7". I'll start checking it at around 5" so I won't accidentally make it too long and have to take rows out.

Here is what I've worked with so far. This yarn is thinner than that I used for the toboggan so it doesn't work as quickly, but I do love the color. It's such a pleasant change from the browns I've been working with lately.

I won't be able to finish this tonight, but hopefully soon. I'll keep you posted!
