Tilapia Dinner

Today was an interesting chain of events and so I needed to make something quick, fast, and in a hurry. Ended up making tilapia.

You know the recipe was at Allrecipes.com. Here's the link.

As always, I have to make some modifications. I didn't have any parmesan cheese, so I used feta cheese instead. I also didn't have any celery salt (actually I've never even bought that before), so I just didn't use it. I was still really pleased with the flavor of this fish.

  1. Hello! I read you want to explore photography. I am doing the same. Shall we inspire each other?

I also saw a picture of books you read in Spanish on your flickr. There were some from Isabel Allende. I have all her books. Love them. Maybye you like to read Paulo Coelho also? Have one of his books in Spanish. Two years ago I wanted to learn Spanish. Did it for one year but most of the words are already forgotten. I hope to start practising it again but not for now. First the photography! By the way, do you have Spanish roots?

Hope to hear from you. Bye bye.

  2. I absolutely love Tilapia and the fact that you picked your camera back up. I've been meaning to tell you that I have a little 7 year old girl here that has been driving me crazy about "when are we going to make some more date balls dad!"
